I am a mobile Occupational Therapist covering the Nambucca Valley and Coffs Coast.

I am passionate about helping people with complex needs from injuries, illness, or disability to improve their independence and quality of life. I provide occupational therapy assessments and interventions privately or under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Home Care Packages (HCP), and Workers Insurance.

What support do you need?

Functional Assessments

Important to determine a person’s strengths and any dysfunction in their activities of daily living. Includes detailed interviews and observation of daily living tasks completed in the home, work, or other suitable environment.
Activities of Daily Living & Home Assessments

Conducted in the home environment and assesses a person’s level of function in and around the home, typically a person’s ability to undertake their self-care, domestic, and recreational activities.
Workplace Assessment

Assists in understanding a person’s ability to undertake the duties required within a job and workplace.
Ergonomic / Workstation Assessment

An assessment of your workstation (in most instances, this is a desk either at your home and/or workplace).
Assistive Technology (AT) Assessment and Equipment Prescription

Review any equipment or item that can improve a person’s function and independence.
Interventions

1:1 Occupational therapy sessions to help people meet their goals including improving life-skills, gaining employment, enrolling in education, taking up a hobby and more.
